Estate Liquidation

Our Process

01: PLAN

Walkthrough of the house with the client, discuss the contract/items intended for the estate sale. Seek expert advice on any specialty items requiring further research. Adhere strictly to all legal statutes and neighborhood-specific regulations governing Estate Sales.

02: SET UP

The setup period before the sale typically spans 1-2 weeks, but may vary based on the estate's size. Setup tasks include polishing silver, cleaning crystal, dressing display tables with linens, arranging merchandise in each room, and tagging/pricing items.

03: ADVERTISE

Promote the event on helpmeronda.net and distribute an email blast to our extensive list of over 5000 contacts. Additionally, we engage with estate sale directories such as estatesales.net, as well as connect with dealers, interior designers, collectors, and our dedicated shopper community to maximize outreach and participation.

04: SALE

Our sales occur on either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Our sales team is educated on their assigned areas, including the facts and history of the items being sold. Once the sale is complete, unsold items are boxed and can be donated to a charity of your choice. We ensure your house is left in "broom clean" condition. Within 10 business days, a check is issued for the sale amount, minus the agreed-upon percentage in the contract.
